We want your Kira Candles Co. order to arrive safely, securely, and ready to set the mood.

Shipping

Orders are processed before shipment and tracking information will be sent by email once your package is on the way.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Delivery estimates begin once the carrier has received your package and do not include processing time. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Kira Candles Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@kirabrands.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Returns

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used candles, burned candles, opened room sprays, used wax melts, and other opened fragrance products cannot be returned.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
