CANDLE CARE
A little care goes a long way toward getting the best experience from your Kira candle.
First Burn
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. This helps create an even melt pool and reduces tunneling around the edges of the candle.
Trim Your Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch.
Keeping the wick properly trimmed helps maintain a controlled flame and reduces excess soot or mushrooming.
Keep the Wax Clean
Keep the wax free of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.
Burn Safely
Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, vents, fans, curtains, and other flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep burning candles away from children and pets.
Do not move the candle while the wax is melted or the vessel is hot.
Know When to Stop
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Burning a candle too close to the base can cause the vessel to overheat.
Before Relighting
Allow the candle and wax to cool completely before trimming the wick or lighting it again.
