What type of wax do you use?

Kira Candles Co. candles are made with coconut apricot wax for a smooth, clean-burning candle experience.

What sizes are available?

Our candle collection is available in 4 oz, 13 oz, and 16 oz sizes.

We also offer 8 oz room sprays and wax melts in select fragrances.

How many wicks are in each candle?

Our 4 oz candles feature one wick.

Our 13 oz and 16 oz candles feature two wicks for an even melt across the larger vessel.

How should I burn my candle?

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. Trim the wick before each use and keep the candle away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Why does my candle look slightly different from another candle?

Our products are produced in batches, so small variations in wax appearance, fragrance color, or finish may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Can I use the room spray on fabric?

Our room sprays may be used to refresh a space and select linens or fabrics. Always spot test an inconspicuous area first.

Avoid spraying directly onto skin, pets, floors, painted surfaces, finished furniture, heat sources, or open flames.

Do I need to shake the room spray?

If the product remains clear and evenly blended, shaking is generally unnecessary. If you ever notice natural separation, gently shake before use.

What is The Rotation?

The Rotation is Kira Candles Co.’s approach to keeping the fragrance collection fresh.

Six signature scents are featured at a time. Throughout the year, fragrances may rotate to make room for returning favorites, seasonal releases, and new scent stories.

It gives customers something new to discover while allowing favorite fragrances to return in future rotations.

Will a fragrance come back after it rotates out?

It may. Retired scents can return in a future rotation, seasonal release, or special collection.
